Freezing Order

Bill Browder is Vladimir Putin's Public Enemy Number One. After his young Russian lawyer was murdered in a Russian gaol, Browder drove the passing of the Magnitsky Act which freezes the visas and assets of human rights abusers, including those responsible for Sergei Magnitsky's death.

In the years since he has tirelessly continued to follow the money flowing out of Russia through the hands of Putin and his oligarchs, whilst being stalked, threatened, sentenced to 18 years imprisonment in Russia (in absentia) and risking his freedom every time he crosses a border.
